Time goes by and all changes – people, traditions, nature, dreams, fashion – all, despite of that fact was it created by human or not. Only this rule is unchangeable. Like people grow old, all in our world is becoming out of day. There was time when telegraph was super invention that had simplified the process of communication and helped people to keep in touch with each other through long distances. But now our children even don’t know what it is and how it looks like. They used to communicate with the help of cell phones or e-mails. Who knows maybe these new means of communication will become old stuff in a few decades. It’s plain truth of our life and we can’t change it. In any way we should admit that all changes are for the better and they make our life more pleasant and convenient. Not to lag behind the times we (especially those who have their own business) should update services, technologies, corporate image and so forth very often. With appearance of some novelty, everybody tries to be one of those who apply it first, especially in the Internet where the level of competitiveness is rather high.

Every customer wishes to know all about the product he’s buying. He wants to be sure that it is perfect and meets all his demands. A lot of questions are on the tip of his tongue: Why does this product have such shape or color? Who approved it? What were the main criteria of its evaluation and price definition? Is this price defensible? And so on and so forth.
