How to Make Money with Your Wordpress Blog

Certain period of time passed from the moment you purchased a blog template and wrote your first post. At that time you thought of it as of a fascinating hobby that captured all your attention every night. Today you’ve become pretty popular – you’ve got your hand in at writing articles able to attract people to your resource. Perhaps, time has come for your wordpress blog to earn money.

Actually, why not try to benefit from your resource? There are different ways to earn with the help of wordpress blogs.

1.      The easiest way to realize your idea is to place PPC (pay-per-click) ads within your blog template. Google AdSence program is what I’d recommend here: world’s most powerful search engine will be your advertising partner, offering you to earn, while your visitors enter the advertisers’ web sites, led by the links, placed in you blog template.

What I do like about it: Google lets you set its ads blocks even if your blog template was bought yesterday and you’ve just uploaded your first post. Of course, the more visitors come to you the more you earn.

What I’d recommend: mind Google correspond the theme of its ads to the topic of your blog.  Advertising of hypnotherapy classes does not look good surrounded by a blog template, devoted to football. Think, what kind of ads would look good within such surrounding:

2.      Taking part in different affiliate programs is another widespread method to get money online. Wordpress 2.2 blog templates give you opportunities to place advertising of different formats. A few modest but visible links offering products of the members of your affiliate program is a good way to have some constant income. Usually such programs do not bind you with strict requirements on what way you should attract visitors to the merchants’ websites. You receive some definite commission from the income of affiliates, so you are interested in your visitors not only to click an advertiser’s link but to purchase the offered product. That’s why it’s up to you whether you just insert a block of links into your wordpress blog template, write an advertising article or devote a whole section of your blog to the sold product.

What I’d recommend: Numerous affiliate directories can be found online – carefully choose the one you find suitable for your blog. Again the advertised product should refer to the same sphere, your wordpress blog is devoted to – this way you raise chances for the product to be bought by your readers.

3.      Earning by recommending certain products in the body of your posts is the most time-taking process. Though, if you like advertising, you may find it interesting to write separate articles, intended to compel visitors of your wordpress blog to buy the client’s product.

What I’d recommend: Such work is more attractive when the product is tested by yourself and you believe in what you write.

4.      Running a Wordpress blog is a good promotional method, when you have your own online business. In this case you play the role pf both the merchant and the publisher as you advertise you own product. For instance – being an independent informational resource Artwebus.com helps TemplatesFlow.com, the main company website, introduce its product (website templates) to the public.

What I do like about it: nobody knows your product better than you do. That’s why your articles will be able to convert your readers to your customers most effectively.

What I’d recommend: be closer to your clients and always remember that a new buyer is silver, but a patron is gold. Pay attention to your readers’ notes and questions and always remember that what seems nonsense to you may be of great importance to your visitor.
